Young and Healthy Life's founder, RodRick 'Rod" Ekwall, started selling microgreens in 2022 in a response to the ever abundant supply of fresh greens he generates while growing food for his own personal enjoyment. Initially setting out to grow the highest quality healthy organic foods for himself indoors; he began growing vegetables, leafy greens, and microgreens in his living room. After streamlining his production with top quality organic seeds he soon found he had more than enough to share with family, friends, and associates. With no pets or children to tend to, his plants became his area of focus and joy, and he now wants to share his passion for wellness with the world and offer young and healthy microgreens to everyone!
